VAUX

$73 Pasta

Cut up some peppers.


Cut up more peppers. And some onions and garlic
Throw away the scraps
Fry up some bacon
Fry up some spicy sausages
Grate Parmesan cheese
Chop up some parsley
Find some Thyme
Peppers, onions, garlic, tomatoes, and bacon
Cook your pasta

Don't forget the layer of sausage. Pasta has an Alfredo coating...
Add more peppers so there's no way the lid will fit.
Coat everything in Friulano cheese & Parsley. Bake that shit in the oven.
Homemade bread is ready
Obviously, there was beer in the sauce as well
Plate and serve...and have left-overs for three weeks.
